Intricately applied gold cladding on a silver base of flag poles, bows and flags. Gold cladding affixed to silver base using four prongs per arm. Although the blue, red, and white enamelling is well executed and has remained well intact, there is some enamel loss to the upper flags. A finely detailed centre in gold with a dark patinated background
