An Order Of The Equatorial Star, Commander, By Arthus Bertrand Hold Circa 1860-80A Gabonese Order of the Equatorial Star; Commander Three piece construction, silver gilt and enamels, French made, hallmarked on the loop, 61. 7 mm x 72. 5 mm, on full length neck ribbon, moderate crazing in the blue enamels, light contact, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, maker marked "ARTHUS BERTRAND" on the inside lid, scuffed on the bottom, case also near extremely fine.
