A 12-Month leadership program designed to help you strengthen your “Core” leadership capacity, multiply (X) transformation into others and leave a legacy of inﬂuence.
XCore is designed to help good leaders become great leaders by helping individuals become fully aware of what it is like to be on the other side of themselves and adjust. Each person will be in a core group of 6-8 other professionals all desiring to grow to the next level.
XCore utilizes our self-awareness process of understanding your personality to the highest degree while implementing tools to help strengthen your EQ and become more effective in communication, time management, inﬂuence, and execution.
There are 6 half-day forums in the XCore experience and a monthly 1.5-hour core group.
XCore equips people with key tools and exercises to help them thrive in three leadership spaces: at work, at home, and in the community.
This creates a common leadership language that will help you get the best out of everyone on the team and avoid the unnecessary conflicts that arise from a lack of cohesive and consistent standards of leadership culture.
